About Coaching
Coaching is an artful way of interacting alongside a client to reach a goal. Any goal. As a client, YOU are in the driver's seat and the Coach is in the passenger's seat, or back seat when needed (and sometimes in the trunk!). Ever feel like your life is stuck in a roundabout? A Life Coach will help you get unstuck from where you are by helping you navigate to where you want to be.
How?
Coaching uses thought work to identify and unblock the thoughts preventing you from reaching your goals. Being coached can be fun, exciting and sometimes hard work. Depending on the goal, coaching tools vary. "The Work" and "Judge Your Neighbor" by Byron Katie is one of many. Coaching can be in person, phone, or Skype.

As your Life Coach, I will:
1. Assess where you are right now.
2. Help you map out a plan for where you want to be.
3. Guide you safely through the road blocks of thoughts keeping you from getting there.
